Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for services priced over $75 ($76+), and is credited toward the service total. Remaining balance is due at or before the appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling must be handled directly with Karina. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled service fee. For rescheduling with 48+ hours’ notice, a deposit may transfer; with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is lost and a new deposit is required. If you’re 20+ minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment. The full scheduled service fee applies. No-call/no-shows are charged the full service fee and may not book again. All payments, deposits, and service charges are non-refundable.
