Refund Policy

For services with Karina priced over $75 ($76+), a $30 non-refundable deposit is required and credited toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at or before your appointment. Services priced $75 or less do not require a deposit.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, a deposit may transfer to a rescheduled appointment. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is lost and a new deposit is required. Cancellations and rescheduling must be handled directly with Karina.

Cancellations, late arrivals & no-shows

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and rescheduling are charged the full scheduled service fee.

If you’re 20+ minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment. The full scheduled service fee applies. Contact your stylist as soon as possible if you are running late. No-call/no-shows are charged the full service fee and may not book again.
