APPOINTMENTSWe do not accept walk-ins. Book as far ahead as availability allows; same-day appointments are possible only when available. Parking is available in the lot; please leave the two spaces directly in front of the physical therapy office open. After parking, message your stylist. The door stays locked for safety and privacy, and your stylist will meet you at the door. Look for the large Katalina’s logo across the front doors.LATE ARRIVALSContact your stylist as soon as possible if you are running late. If you’re 20+ minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment. The full scheduled service fee applies.GUESTS AND ACCESSIBILITYPlease do not bring accompanying guests, except a necessary parent or guardian for a minor. Children may attend only when receiving a service; the salon is not childproof, and we do not provide services to children under age 1.
